The short version

Subdiview is a neighborhood-first real estate search platform. We collect the contact info you provide so a Subdiview agent can help you find a home. We use cookies and analytics to make the site work and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your information. If you want your data removed, email privacy@subdiview.com.

What we collect

When you sign up to view full listing details, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you favorite a listing or save a search, we record those preferences against your account. We log basic technical data about your visit (pages viewed, device type, approximate location from your IP) for security and analytics.

We use cookies for authentication, to remember your favorites, and to power the analytics and advertising tools listed below. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out of your Subdiview account.

How we use it

We use your contact info to respond to questions about specific listings, schedule showings, and send you alerts you have asked for (saved-search notifications, price changes on favorited homes). We use technical and behavioral data to operate the site, improve it, and measure the performance of our advertising.

Who we share with

We share the contact info you give us with our customer- relationship-management provider (GoHighLevel) so a Subdiview agent can follow up. We share data with our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database, Cloudflare for content delivery) strictly to operate the service. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads for measurement, and Facebook Pixel for advertising; these tools receive page-view and event data from your visit.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third-party data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising unrelated to our own service.

Listing data and MRED

Listing information on Subdiview is provided through the IDX data feed of Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC (MRED). MRED is the regional MLS for Chicago and the surrounding counties. The listing photos, prices, descriptions, and other details are supplied by MRED member brokerages and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Always verify any listing detail with a licensed agent before relying on it.

Phone and SMS

If you contact a Subdiview agent by text or phone, your number is used to respond to that request and to send related follow-ups about properties or showings. Standard carrier rates apply. You can opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP to any text or by emailing privacy@subdiview.com.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it. Email privacy@subdiview.com and we will respond within 30 days. Illinois residents have rights under the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA); residents of California have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, scoped database access controls, and authenticated infrastructure access. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, email privacy@subdiview.com immediately.

Children

Subdiview is intended for adults considering home purchase or sale. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email privacy@subdiview.com and we will delete it.

Changes

We update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent meaningful change. Material changes will be highlighted in the site footer or via email to active account holders.
