Ivy Hill is an established single-family neighborhood on the east and southeast side of Arlington Heights, generally east of Arlington Heights Road and west of Windsor Road. It was launched by the Meister-Neiberg partnership in the early 1960s and filled in over several decades with additional builders and custom infill, so it mixes classic 1960s and 1970s split-levels, ranches, and colonials with larger newer homes.
